Here are what my clients say about our work together.

I'm always so humbled by the kind words from my clients.

I started working with Sandy to help alleviate vertigo from a yoga injury, and since then, her expertise has been invaluable in my journey. Not only has Sandy provided relief from the vertigo, but her deep tissue work has also been a game-changer in my triathlon recovery. Her sessions target sore and tight muscles, helping me bounce back quicker and stay on track with training. I especially appreciate Sandy's customized approach—she takes the time to ask about any new issues each session and tailors her technique accordingly. She’s fully present, adjusting based on both my feedback and what she notices as she works, so each massage feels uniquely tuned to what my body needs.

Sandy’s dedication and skill make her a fantastic resource, especially for athletes. I leave each session with a renewed sense of ease. For anyone looking for effective sports or deep tissue massage, I couldn’t recommend Sandy more highly.

My goals, working with Sandy, were to be more flexible and well balance as far as strength on both side of my body and between muscle groups.  Fixing any imbalances when I’m doing any Olympic lifts.

I like picking her brain on her approach for recovery, signs of imbalance between muscles, exercises that would help strength my weakness.  Basically my own personal physical therapist.  It’s been great since I started seeing her.   Taught me a few tricks and tips.

Since I’m seeing her on a regular schedule, I stretch a lot more at home so that when I see her it doesn’t hurt as bad.

I recommend sandy to all my friends who tells me they feel tight.  Everyone could use a good massage, and Sandy is the best one out there if you are in need of a deep tissue massage.  Life changing.

Working with Sandy, my goal(s) was really injury recovery and increased mobility. I suffered from a pretty good shoulder injury a few years back. I didn’t get surgery because my doctor wanted me to recover through physical therapy. I went to a traditional therapist who gave me a sheet with exercises and I didn’t keep up. Starting at Stay Classy everyone said great things about Sandy so I figured might as well give it a try.

Seeing Sandy has totally changed my outlook on fitness. Before I only looked at it as “going to the gym” or “getting a workout in”. I wouldn’t worry about stretching or general recovery. Since working with Sandy I’ve learned how important those other things are to improve your overall fitness. I’m not perfect but I am intentional about my rest and recovery.

The body awareness, that Sandy has given me has greatly impacted my lifts. I’ve learned to listen to my body and recognize that some days it’s just not feeling a specific movement or workout and that’s ok. As far as the pain I was feeling it is significantly less. We’ve spent a great deal of time working on my shoulder but have also focused on my neck back and chest. Sandy has taught me things I can do at home to help maintain the work we do on her table. It’s been huge!

I 100% recommend Sandy especially for those who are active and looking to maintain that level of activity. She uses your individual goals and limitations and helps bridge the gap between the two.
